

The Amazing Power of Food is a 5-week, one-on-one coaching session to teach you the “why” behind food. This program gives simple and easy guidelines and common sense advice that will help you create better nutritional habits for you and your family, have more energy, empower you to take control of your life and most of all—FEEL GREAT!
Your Amazing journey will begin with a 2-hour “discovery” and fitness analysis. From there we will discuss the role food plays in the body and learn about myths and facts of the food industry. Then--the coaching begins! Weekly meal plans are tailored just for you and personal training sessions will follow to show you how powerful better nutrition and exercise can be!
This 30-minute consultation will help an individual make necessary dietary changes to improve their health and performance through simple food evaluation, tips and suggestions.
This 1.5 hour session includes a full nutritional discovery/food analysis, detailed nutritional education and a sample meal plan to help you gain optimal health. This plan is designed for someone who wants to learn more about nutrition, have more energy and achieve better results from their training.
