Spoga Studio is a two-story fitness center that is widely known for its hands-on services and group fitness classes.

Facility includes:

Outdoor patio for seasonal workouts

Full line of free weights and BODY MASTERS workout machines

Cardio equipment includes rower, bikes, treadmills and ellipticals

AVEDA amenities provided in locker rooms & courtesy towel service

Complimentary child care for Spoga members (ages 6 months-12 yrs.)
